We exist because the best commercial leaders in Facilities Services and International Freight & Logistics don't respond to job ads. The operating principles that shape our day-to-day culture at APB.
APB is a boutique agency by design. We stay small so every consultant has direct access to leadership, direct access to key accounts, and direct ownership of their pipeline. There are no layers between you and the work that matters.
Specialists First
Every consultant is expected to develop genuine expertise in their desk's industry. We don't rotate people across desks — you build depth in your market and become the go-to recruiter in that space.
Ownership Over Process
We have playbooks and frameworks (that's what this Codex is for), but we trust our people to exercise judgement. If you can articulate why you're doing something differently, do it. Results matter more than rigid compliance.
Direct Communication
We give feedback quickly, openly, and constructively. If something isn't working, we address it. If something is working, we say so. No politics, no passive-aggressive Slack messages — just straight talk.
Continuous Improvement
